After long time an historic enent occured at the line dividing India & Pakistan occupied Kashmir (i.e LOC). A crossing point has been opened to exchange relief for the victims of the earthquake at CHAKAN-DE-BAGH on 7th of november 2005.
It has brought the people of both sides closer. Tears in the eyes of the people were signals for the love between the peoples of both the sides. "Hum Ne LoC Nahian Dil Ke Darvaze Kholey Hain" written on the sign boards could clearly be observed at ground in terms of sentiments prevailing at the spot.
Relief material along with the good wishes and sentiments was exchanged for the welfare of the victims of the earthquake.
Following material has been despatched to POK at CHAKAN-DE-BAGH.
